Nutrition

One of the best ways that we can help our bodies is by giving it the right nutrients. We can speed up the healing process, or even better, avoid getting sick, by supporting our system with the right type of foods.
 
Individual Sessions: Clients meet once per week with a nutritional consultant to discuss his or her health concerns and goals. In these sessions clients find one-on-one support, guidance, specific nutrition recommendations, and printed educational materials to meet their individual needs.
 
Group Sessions: In these sessions clients learn in groups about healthy, easy and affordable ways of cooking. Clients learn about healthy snacks ideas, menu suggestions, grocery list, a professional opinion about what to have and not to have in their pantries and refrigerators. And all this in a safe and comfortable atmosphere where clients feel free to ask questions about their specifics needs and situations.
